This Privacy Policy describes how MotionOptima, Inc. ("MotionOptima", "we", "us") collects and uses personal information through motionoptima.com and the related Service.

For most data your customers submit through your campaigns and chat widget, you are the "controller" or "business," and MotionOptima acts as a "processor" or "service provider" under your instructions and our Data Processing Addendum.

We keep account data for the life of your account and for a reasonable period after deactivation to handle disputes, fraud, and legal obligations. You can request deletion earlier — see Your Rights below. Aggregated, de-identified data may be retained indefinitely.

MotionOptima is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

• Access — get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct — fix inaccurate data.
• Delete — ask us to delete your personal data.
• Port — receive a machine-readable copy.
• Opt out — of marketing emails (use the unsubscribe link) and of analytics/marketing cookies (use Cookie Settings).
• Limit / object — to certain uses (EEA, UK).
• Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent.
• California (CCPA / CPRA) — right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive personal information; right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. We do not sell or share for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA.
